The ordering of goods from us indicates that you are in agreement with
them.
Shopping with Dawkincastles company
- You
can order items from dawkincastles company by (1) Telephoning us on our
sales number on the front page (2) Order via our shopping cart on site
(3) Order via email and send cheque to Dawkincastles 26 coronation
drive prescot Merseyside l35 5er.
- Once an order is placed using the on-line shopping facility you will receive an e-mail confirmation automatically.
- If
we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you at the
earliest opportunity to inform you of this. At this point you have the
right to change or cancel your order. Any payments made or owed will
be adjusted.
Prices at Dawkincastles company
- Our prices are displayed on the website.
- We
will do our best to ensure that prices shown on this website are
correct and if for any reason the price (s) on any item (s) are
incorrect at the time of order with Dawkincastles we will you as soon
as possible to advise you of this. At this point you have the right to
change or cancel your order. Any payments made or owed will be
adjusted.
- Delivery charges vary to the area please phone or email for cost.
Payments to Dawkincastles company
- You
can pay for your goods by visa, Mastercard or American Express credit
cards or by switch, Solo or Delta debit cards. There is a 2.5% charge
for credit card payments and a 1.2% for debit cards.
- You can also pay for your goods by cheque or postal order.
- Deposits are not refundable.
- We charge Credit/Debit card accounts within one working day from date of order.
Delivery of Goods
- We will contact you to arrange delivery of your order.
- We
will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated but
we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
- If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery time please contact us and we will contact our couriers.
- If you you are not able to take delivery of items from our courier, a re-delivery charge may be charged to your credit card.
Return of Goods
- If
you have to return goods, return them in their original condition to
Dawkincastles Company within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You are
responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our
recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a
signature on delivery.
- We
reserve the right to have the time and opportunity to make an exchange
for any faulty goods or to issue a credit note against any payment made
to us in the event of the return of faulty goods.
- Non-faulty
goods returned within 48 hours will incur a restocking fee of 40% of
order value plus a charge for delivery costs.
Cancelled Orders
- Any order for an inflatable that is cancelled within 48 hours of the order is subject to a charge of £200+vat
per unit. All manufactured goods are bespoke to individual client and
as such any cancellation of orders will mean that the fullpayment is
still to be made for taylor made items. These terms are not negotiable.
- All inflatable orders are bestoke and as such any cancelled order will be subjet to a minimum £200 plus vat charge.
- We do undertake orders from outside Britain.
Please note that these orders are accepted in good faith , and they are
not able to be cancelled at anytime once placed , and a deposit is paid.
